Framed in France by the law of January 6, 1978 called “Data Protection Act”, the law of personal data has undergone profound changes since the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on May 25, 2018.

Guarantor of the privacy of Internet users, it is now a fundamental component of digital law.

The firm mainly assists its clients who are responsible for the processing or subcontracting of personal data in their “GDPR” compliance project at all stages of the project :
