Lawyer at the Lyon Bar, I accompany and assist my clients in all areas of digital law and intellectual property, both in advice and litigation.
My educational background and dedicated practice in the field allow me to provide my clients with solid experience in computer law, network and communication law and intellectual property law. I have also developed a particular expertise in cybercrime law.
My approach is pragmatic and favors the use of law to solve operational or technological problems and to support my clients’ strategic issues.

Fees
The fees are calculated after a first contact allowing a quick analysis of the file.
In accordance with our deontology, this rate can be adapted according to the personal situation of the client, the nature and the difficulty of the case and the time to be devoted to its treatment.
A flat fee can be considered if the services can be evaluated in advance.
In all cases, a fee agreement outlining the costs of the firm’s intervention and the terms of payment will be drawn up and signed with the client.
